Thank you Kleinfeld Toronto for making all of my wedding day dreams come true! The service, attention to detail and quality is simply outstanding. Initially I was planning to try to cut costs on my dress and alterations but my bridal consultant Rosa and the Kleinfeld team proved that every dollar was absolutely worth it. Rosa went miles above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience. To name a few special moments, she found ways to make me laugh when the wedding pressure increased, built up my self-confidence through the dress finding process, and answered every single question I had with expertise and enthusiasm. My alterations consultant, Jana made sure that my dress was absolutely perfect and I felt comfortable in it. Never did I expect to have such a wonderful wedding dress experience, with memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am sad to hear Kleinfeld is closing, but I feel so blessed to be a Kleinfeld bride. Thank you Kleinfeld Toronto!

I cannot say enough kind things about the staff at Kleinfeld!! Planning a wedding during COVID was stressful, but working with the staff and Kleinfeld was always exciting! I had ideas of what kind of styles I liked but many of them were out of my price range. I showed my consultant what I liked and she managed to help me find the perfect dress that was in my budget! I have always been someone who is self-conscious but the consultant helped me feel beautiful in a variety of styles! The dress fittings went very well too! The consultants were always kind and helpful with any questions I had or thoughts for alterations. The day I picked up my dress was very bitter-sweet because although I was happy to have the dress, I was sad to be leaving Kleinfeld Bridal and their wonderful staff. If you're looking for a wedding dress- I highly recommend them!!

It was my first wedding dress-shopping experience, and we ended up at Kleinfeld at The Bay in Toronto. What a surprise to discover their vast inventory of dresses! I received the best advice from consultant Gordana, who was never impatient with me despite my indecisiveness and numerous requests. She was very available and, above all, funny, professional, non-judgmental, and competent. It felt reassuring to shop for my wedding dress with a best friend who works in the wedding industry. Sadly, this boutique will close its doors soon, but I'm delighted with my final dress choices, especially the prices! As Montrealers feeling a bit lost, Michelle was also very welcoming towards us. Thank you a thousand times to the whole fantastic team! 🤍

I visited the store on January 22nd with my family and we absolutely had an amazing time! I was looking forward to finally having a Kleinfeld experience and Eleanor, my consultant, just blew me away! I was so nervous that I was not going to find my dress because of my size. I felt insecure and unsure of my options. Eleanor helped me to feel like a bride. She managed to find me a dress that fit me like a glove! Eleanor made the appointment feel as exciting as finding the dress itself. She joined in on our family fun yet still made sure that my voice was heard amongst my loud and opinionated family members. If you are on the fence about going to Kleinfeld’s, it absolutely is worth the trip, because of consultants like Eleanor. Michelle then helped us to go through a very seamless payment process and dress pickup. We drove over 2 hours to get there and on our way back home we got caught in a snow storm yet, we all were so ecstatic about finding the dress and how kind Eleanor was, that we didn’t even care. I am truly thankful to everyone involved for creating such a magical experience!

I had a great experience despite not buying my wedding dress here. It was easy to book an appointment as it is online. The place is huge and nicer than many other wedding dress boutiques. They also have a large selection of designers. The lady that helped me (forgot her name) was friendly and you can tell she was very experienced. She never rushed me and gave me lots of advice and opinion since it was my very first time trying on wedding dresses.

Wedding dress mecca! There is a lot of selection and the staff is very experienced and know the inventory well. If you are unsure of what your looking for in a wedding dress then this would be a good place to start. They have a lot of traditional wedding dresses and gowns. In terms of colour, there are a lot of white and nude dresses to chose from. Inventory is mostly size 10 but they have ways to make the dresses larger and smaller for all frames. There is not a lot of inventory for those looking for unique or coloured gowns. They should invest in new couches as they are worn and this cheapens the experience.

Even though my choice is not 100% yet, I cannot say enough great things about the Kleinfeld experience. The boutique is gorgeous, the change rooms so spacious and the salon ideal for all ladies to be comfortable the entire time. The dress selection is very extensive. But what really made the difference was my consultant Eleanor. She was warm, kind and so knowledgeable. She knew when to intervene and offer suggestions and when to stand on the side and let us discuss styles. She was so fast when helping me change, too. In the end, I liked the top of a dress and the bottom of another and she mentioned i could combine both, i would never have thought this was possible. I'm still on the fence given the price tag but could not have asked for better. She even stayed with us longer as she didn't have another appointment after mine. She could have just told me our time was running out and ended her day early. Thanks a million Eleanor!

One of the lessons I learned as a bride is that I had to advocate for myself and go after what I wanted (and needed). I would have loved if the Kleinfeld team proactively reached out to me, however, whenever I called to check in and see how the dress was coming along and when I could come in for a fitting, I will acknowledge that they were always responsive. I was able to get my dress with time to spare before the big day and I appreciate that when I shared my concerns with the manager he heard me, improved my experience, and generously offered me a reduced rate on my alterations. (There were minor, easy tweaks to be made to the gown.) I have compassion and empathy for the fact that they're working with a reduced capacity during a trying time - thanks for still getting me to my wedding day, gown in hand!
